Apple update voor de MacBook Pro

Apple heeft een update voor macOS uitgebracht die volgens het bedrijf de grafische problemen moet oplossen die op kunnen treden bij de nieuwe MacBook Pro-modellen. Verder worden enkele andere bugfixes doorgevoerd die ervoor zorgen dat Sierra soepeler draait.

Apple raadt alle gebruikers van macOS Sierra aan om de update te installeren. De volledige details van update 10.12.3 zijn op de website van Apple te vinden. Het meest opvallende probleem dat met de update opgelost moet zijn, is een grafisch probleem dat kan voorkomen tijdens het renderen van Adobe Premiere Pro-projecten op MacBook Pro’s met een Touch Bar. Verder schijnt het automatische wisselen tussen de geïntegreerde en de losse gpu’s op het 15″-model uit 2016 verbeterd te zijn.

Kort nadat het recentste model van de MacBook Pro op de markt verscheen, kwam aan het licht dat de nieuwe laptops in bepaalde situaties grafische problemen konden vertonen. Zo kon het voorkomen dat het volledige beeld gevuld werd met artefacten. Als de update het probleem op weet te lossen, kan daaruit opgemaakt worden dat het hier niet om een hardwareprobleem ging.

De update wordt automatisch op de achtergrond geïnstalleerd. Het moment van updaten kan eventueel versneld worden door in de App Store te zoeken naar updates.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
